If your Sunday is free and you have $65 in your pocket, head on over to Uchi for a five-course omakase tasting menu. Tyson Cole continues to be the most innovative sushi chef in Austin and uses only the freshest ingredients. If you have never been to Uchi, this tasting menu is a perfect way to sample the goods. Or if you are a regular, this is a good way to broaden your palate and try new things (I am talking to you, shag roll lovers!). This tasting menu will only be offered this Sunday May 4th.
