Tucked away in a Westlake Strip Mall, Tokyo Sushi & Japanese Restaurant is a great Austin sushi option.  High quality fish, extensive menu, decent prices, and a casual atmosphere make Tokyo and good choice if you are not in the mood for the Kenichi/Imperia/Maiko trendiness and location.  But wait until next week to try Tokyo because if you’ll remember KGSR restaurant week is going on as we speak where a portion of the profits go to the Capital Area Food Bank’s KidsCafe.  I wrote about it earlier this week, and definitely make a reservation for tonight at one of the participating restaurants.  It’s for the kids (and your taste buds)!
