Today’s drink of the day is a Savvy Martini straight up with a twist.  I got this one at Eddie V’s which has a great half price appetizer menu and some of the best bartenders in Austin.

Savvy is an Austin made Vodka and one of my favorites.  Not all restaurants carry it, but they should.

If a Martini is made properly, it should have small bits of ice on the surface.
